Careers

Lead Motion Graphics Designer/Engineer (JS/CSS), Frontend

In this role, you’d be taking the lead on the most creative, critical aspects of our episode presentation and motion graphics design. This includes frontend Player/Scene libraries, owning the orchestration and mechanics (and collaborating on the design) of motion graphics, transitions, interactions, and overall polish. It’ll require a deep knowledge of CSS and JavaScript (plus libraries like D3), as well as a creative streak for co-designing novel, beautiful, seamless experiences in JS/CSS.

Software Engineer, Core Platform

This role is on the Core Platform team based in Chicago (though we are open to remote work for the right fit), with a focus on data-driven language generation. You’ll be taking the lead on a critical component of our generative pipeline, owning the language architecture and mechanics (and associated QA) as we scale up from our earlier set of clients to hundreds and beyond.
